Manierlich:: Great staff, clean facility and good sized, comfortable room with a nice large flat screen TV. Fun 60's style rock and roll theme.
Negativ:: Toilet happened to be clogged straight away, husband fixed it. The refrigerator started to leak this nasty brown oil substance which I'm assuming is for the cooling. Husband also cleaned that up. And then we had no hot water which we couldn't fix.
Manierlich:: My wife and I have stayed here before and have always enjoyed the experience. Bürde night welches was another example of why we keep coming back.
Upon checking in we received a complimentary upgrade to the Baseball Suite. The room was phenomenal. Corey at the front desk helped me get some friends a belastung minute reservation and could not have been more friendly. Overall a great stay.
Schön:: Staff was just very friendly and made us feel welcome. Location was very nice on the waterfront, many things to do walking distance.
Negativ:: Somewhat hard to find with difficult access the first time through. No signage until one is past the access street.
Gut:: Location welches outstanding. The interior of the hotel was impeccable - obviously new. The bed welches probably the most luxurious of any hotel bed I have slept hinein. Bose Bluetooth speaker provided ambiance to the room. Continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise.
Negativ:: Officious front desk staff. Being told they couldn't change our departure and charges despite a family emergency because it welches our fault we used a third party reservation service.
There welches a nearby subway stop to take us to the Freedom Trail area downtown. We felt very safe to walk the neighborhood at night. The room itself was quaint, clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a walk-hinein marble shower. The towels were more information large and plush. It fit our needs very well.
The Wirtshaus had el fresco dining as well as a wand of windows on North Street right across from Faneuil Hall. The lobby was beautiful and very inviting. They even had a Computerspiel section on the bookshelves for kids and families. The portico was very unique and mostly sheltered. The staff was very polite and helpful. The view from the rooms with the little balconies welches a beautiful touch. The wall of windows rein your room welches wonderful. The late check out noon, the fact that they would store your bags in a locked room with a video monitor and would tagbyour bags they were holding like you were boarding a plane.
Schön:: Great location across from Faneuil Hall, just a couple of blocks from the water Vorderseite, the North End and a T stop. I like the excellent morning coffee available for free hinein the lobby. The Keurig machine and K-cups rein the room. The free daily newspapers hinein the lobby from four major newspapers. I liked the free late afternoon leomanade rein the lobby. The Wirtschaft has some excellent deals buck a shuck oysters from 4:30-:6:30 everyday. The $20 New England Lobster Meal that included; Corn on the cob, seafood chowder, a lobster and more.
Parked in the parking garage a block away for $22 for the weekend compared to the hotel wanting to charge me $51 to park per day kind of a no brainier. Who's there welches a Swimmingpool or hot tub to relax rein during ur stay.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Close to lots of stores, restaurants and other shopping needs.
Negativ:: difficult to adjust the temp rein the room - trying to Sahne the room meant the AC welches on full blast.
